The Committee on European Integration recommends that the Parliament ratifies the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark on Readmission of Persons

The Bill (Reg. No.0040) envisages ratification of the Agreement that defines procedures of admission and readmission of persons that illegally reside at the territories of the Contractual Parties.

The Committee members emphasized that the Bill complies with the requirements of the basic Law "On the International Agreements of Ukraine".
