T.Bakhteyeva, Committee Chairman, stated that Draft Projects refer to the issues that are important and urgent both for the public health sector of Ukraine, and for the health of every single person. Therefore, the said issues require implementation and State support.
The reporter dwelled upon the current problems of the Blood Service related to the taking, processing, preservation and realization of donor blood, its components, and production of relevant medications.
Dwelling upon the Draft Projects "Programs for Establishment of Network Centralized Regional Clinicodiagnostic Laboratories" and "Provision of a Family Doctor with Adequate and Efficient Methods of Laboratory Diagnostics", T.Bakhteyeva emphasized that "clinical laboratory diagnostics of the applied branch of public health sector is to be revised due to the current requirement and challenges.
The Committee resolved to uphold both Draft Projects. They will be forwarded for further elaboration to the Ministry of Health, and brought before Parliament.
