The Bill (Reg. No.2448) amends the Laws "On Vacations", "On Social Housing Stock", "On Protection of Childhood", "On Individual Income Tax", "On Pensions for Special Services before Ukraine", and the Code of Laws on Labour. The amendments establish extra social safeguards for the families with many children.
Inter alia, inhabitable premises out of social housing stock are to be granted, in the first instance, to the single mothers and fathers with five and more children, and in case a woman gave birth to three and more children.
Moreover, the Bill grants a number of benefits for the children from the families with many children.
The Explanatory Note states that implementation of the Bill will require extra expenditures in the amount of 1 595,6 million Hryvnias.
Adoption of the Bill will enhance social protection of the families with many children, facilitate settlement of their housing problems, increase their welfare standards, and improve access of their children to education.
