Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.2293), funding of non-school educational establishments is to be included into the expenditures that are taken into consideration whilst defining the rate of inter-budget transfers.
The Committee believes that the introduced motion will positively influence financial provision of non-school educational establishments, as they will obtain financial support from the State budget of Ukraine (due to the mechanism of inter-budget transfers).
