The Bill (Reg. No.2213) amends a number of Laws of Ukraine in order to coordinate effective legislation with the Code on Administrative Legal Proceedings.
The Committee members stated that the Supreme Court of Ukraine concurred with the idea of such amendments, but introduced motions and remarks regarding several regulations.
Pursuant to the resolution of the High Administrative Court of Ukraine, adoption of the Bill will eliminate discrepancies in the Laws of Ukraine, and secure their proper use.
However, the Committee members suggested that the Bill should be supplemented with amendments to some other Laws of Ukraine that fail to comply with the Code on Administrative Legal Proceedings of Ukraine, namely: "On Public Associations", "On Trade Unions, their Rights and Safeguards", "On Protection of Economic Competition".
