Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.2150), the disabled persons with affection of musculoskeletal system are to be granted motor vehicles, and the said Bill regulates the relevant procedure.
Inter alia, it defines periods and basic terms for granting motor vehicles to the disabled adults and children on the grounds of relevant medical indications. The bodies in charge of labour and social protection of population can register the disabled adults and children for preterm replacement of a car, in case it is damaged or destroyed by the strangers. Pursuant to the Bill, depending on the monthly total family income, the disabled persons and legal representatives of the disabled children can pay by instalments for a car received on favourable terms.
