At the meeting the Parties discussed development of bilateral relations and prospects of cooperation between The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Parliament of Australia.
Taras Chornovil, First Vice-Chairman of the Committee, Head of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Deputy Group on Inter-Parliamentary Liaison with Australia, informed the member of Australian Parliament about activity of the group. He stated that Ukrainian parliament members will make an official visit to Australia in the nearest time.
The Parties also deem necessary to open the embassy of Australia in Ukraine.
