The Bill (Reg. No.1167) was elaborated "to specify the mechanism of benefits assignment to the persons who are subject to free supply of coal for everyday needs, but dwell in the houses with central heating".
The Bill introduces amendments to Part 8 of Article 43 of the Mining Law of Ukraine, pursuant to which, "Persons who are subject to free supply of coal for everyday needs, but dwell in the houses with central heating receive compensation for payments for electricity, gas and central heating that is granted at the expense of subventions from the State budget to the local budgets".
According to the calculations of the Ministry of Coal Industry of Ukraine, implementation of the Bill will require funding at the rate of 409503, 4 thousand Hryvnias per year from the State Budget of Ukraine.
