The Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Communal Services and Regional Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to Article 17 of the Law "On Architectural Activity" as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.2146) determines the types of economic activity related to creation of architectural objects subject to licensing; defines types of works referred to the said kinds of economic activity in construction; and defines a body in charge of licensing.

The Committee members upheld the Bill, since its adoption "will arrange legislation appertaining to activity of economic entities concerning creation of architectural objects".
