The Bill (Reg. No.2427) defines a legal mechanism to meet the citizens´ needs concerning acquisition of land plots for farming, individual agriculture, gardening, construction and maintenance of a dwelling house and premises (land plot adjoining a house), private holiday village construction, construction of individual garages, free privatization of such land plots.
Pursuant to the Bill, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is to secure satisfaction of citizens´ needs concerning acquisition of land plots of stated designation that can be privatized for free in compliance with the Land Code of Ukraine. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is also to elaborate territorial layouts of appropriate lands.
