The Committee on Judicial Policy held two Meetings and, in the Result, recommended that the Parliament should elect 131 Candidates to the Posts of Judges of Local and Appellate Courts of Ukraine for Unlimited Term

S. Kivalov, Committee Chairman, stated that the Committee resolved to scrutinize the issues concerning appointment of judges that have no citizens´ complaints and appeals regarding their activity for unlimited term.

To create necessary conditions for functioning of Kyiv regional appellate court, the Committee resolved to appeal to the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Kyiv city State administration and Kyiv city council with a request to transfer non-residential premises on 15 Volodymyrska Street to the possession of Kyiv regional appellate court.
