The Bill (Reg. No. 2201) defines legal, economic and organizational principles of securing accident-free operation of dangerous manufacturing entities in the process of production. Realization of its regulations should establish legal policy aimed at settlement of industrial safety issues.
Pursuant to the Bill, an economic agent that exploits a dangerous manufacturing entity is to obtain licensing documents and provide special training and certification of the workers of a dangerous manufacturing entity according to the requirements of normative and legal acts on industrial safety.
