News 2 - The Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Election of Deputies of The Verkhovna Rada of the Crimean Autonomous Republic and Local Councils, and Village, Settlement and City Mayors" (re Enhancement of Liability of the Election Committee Members) - Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Election of Deputies of The Verkhovna Rada of the Crimean Autonomous Republic and Local Councils, and Village, Settlement and City Mayors" (re Enhancement of Liability of the Election Committee Members)

The Bill (Reg. No.2070) supplements the said Law with the regulations as regards taking the oath by the members of territorial and district election committees.

The People´s Deputies also stated that the Bill does not influence budget revenue or expenditures, as well as realization of budget in the current fiscal year.

The Committee recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill as a basis.
