On 19 May 2008, Arseniy Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, will start the national tour of the photo exhibition for the visually impaired.

For the first time in Europe, Fund of Arseniy Yatseniuk "Open Ukraine" presents an exhibition of tactile photos of Yuriy Bilak "To Touch and to See". The visually impaired will have an opportunity to visi8t an exhibition in Chernihiv, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk.
