The Bill (Reg. No.2331) is aimed at enhancement of legislation on privatization; creation of efficient and stable legal basis in the field of privatization; provision of transparency and openness of the privatization process; settlement of problematic issues as regards privatization in previous years, compliance of legislation with current demands and strategic course of the State.
Thus, the Bill establishes the procedure of privatization planning as regards public property objects; regulates the procedure of pre-privatization preparation of public property objects. The Bill improves the mechanism of State control over realization of the purchase-and-sale contracts concluded in the process of privatization.
