Members of the Committee on Social Policy and Labour listened to the report on realization of the Committee Resolution "On Wage Payment at the Enterprises, Organizations and Institutions of all forms of Ownership" of 4 April 2007.
The issue concerning enhancement of contractual regulation of wage payment will be considered whilst preparing the Draft Labour Code for the Second Reading.
The People´s Deputies discussed the reports of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine, the General Prosecution, leaders of the national associations of employers and trade unions. The People´s Deputies stated that executive. Prosecution and local self-government bodies conducted activity aimed at implementation of the Committee Resolution.
The Committee members resolved to take measures in order to boost parliamentary consideration of the Bills aimed at elimination of legislative gaps in the field of wage payment.
