The Bill (Reg. No.0045) defines principles, forms and methods of cooperation in the field of prevention of emergency situations and elimination of consequences of emergency situations of anthropogenic and natural character (coordination and management of assistance, procedure of crossing State border and terms of temporary residence of assistance groups and\or experts, exchange of scientific and technical experience and information).
Ratification of the said Agreement will promote efficient settlement of the issues concerning prevention and elimination of consequences of natural disasters, anthropogenic accidents or disasters dangerous for environment, human life, health, and property.
