Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman hopes that the Ukrainian Parliament will consider the draft law on e-declarations required to implement the Visa Liberalisation Action Plan for Ukraine during the morning plenary meeting of Tuesday, March 15.
Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman told this to the press after the meeting of the Conciliatory Council of the heads of parliamentary factions and committees on Monday.
The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada noted that following the adoption of the draft law No. 3755 "On amendments to Law of Ukraine "On preventing corruption" (as to operation of system of e-declaration of incomes and property by Ukrainian officials), had not been submitted for consideration by the President of Ukraine due to the fact that consultations with European partners were still underway.
The Chairperson of the Ukrainian Parliament said that at 9:00, Tuesday, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Corruption Prevention and Counteraction will hold a meeting to consider respective draft law. "I hope that they will consider this issue very rapidly and we will be able to vote for it," Groysman said.
