The people's deputies have approved the amendments to Article 149 of the Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which give additional time for amending the Ukrainian Constitution in terms of the decentralization.
According to Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman, respective draft law allows further discussions concerning the constitutional amendments.
"We want to continue the discussion of this issue, we want to clarify our actions concerning all the constitutional provisions touching the decentralization," the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada said.
Groysman assured that this Law will facilitate the implementation of all decentralization reform achievements.
