The roadmap on reformation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will be presented early in March 2016, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said at the concluding press conference on Friday.
The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada noted that this is the first initiative envisaging such a fundamental reformation of the Ukrainian Parliament since the declaration of the Ukraine's independence.
"I hope that most of the Ukrainian parliamentarians despite their faction, group or party affiliation will support these initiatives, and we will finally start building high-quality European parliamentarianism," he noted.
According to Groysman, the improvement of the state management of and holding the Ukrainian Parliament's reform is one of the top-priority tasks of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for 2016.
