Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman has thanked people's deputies for fruitful work that allowed legislating of the liberalization of the visa regime with the European Union.
The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada said this at the Conciliatory Council meeting on Monday.
"I'd like to once again thank my colleagues people's deputies. No matter what is speculated at the moment, our voting allowed adoption of all draft laws required for the introduction of the visa-free regime," Groysman said.
Opening the meeting, the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada congratulated everyone on the decision of the European Union to introduce visa-free regime with the EU countries. That was a long-awaited decision," he said.
At that, the Chairperson of the Ukrainian Parliament called on people's deputies to continue adoption of decisions the country needs. "I am confident that the Verkhovna Rada will find the majority to take those decisions," Groysman said.
