Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman says the Parliament should express its position on the events that took place in Kryvyi Rih after the declaration of the results of city mayoral election there.
In his opening speech at the Monday Conciliatory Council meeting, the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada expressed confidence that the Parliament should provide its "comprehensive assessment" to the events that took place in Kryvyi Rih and "define its position" at the legislative level.
"Free, democratic and transparent election is the formula for the development of the country in a democratic way. Thus, I suggest that the factions and groups offer their proposals, may be, establish a joint group, tackle the situation, offer own proposals and recommendations to facilitate the settlement of the events in Kryvyi Rih," Groysman said.
