I sincerely congratulate you on the 85th foundation anniversary of your University.

Your establishment occupies remarkable position among all Ukrainian educational establishments and its history is the way of development of domestic agricultural science, formation of national education and culture.

Kharkiv Petro Vasylenko National Technical University of Agriculture is a real treasure of wisdom and knowledge of tens of thousands of specialists.

This day I wish you sound health, happiness, harmony and welfare, new achievements in favor of Ukraine.
