The state budget for the next year must be
based on the principles of decentralization.

Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman said this in the frames of the V Kabinetakh TV show on the 5 Channel on Sunday.
Groysman reminded that the draft state budget for 2016 was obtained by the Verkhovna Rada on September 15, however, later, the Ukrainian Government recalled it for further adaptation to take in account specific remarks. "Now it is obvious that the Government will submit its final variant. It is very important for that draft state budget to include social standards and envision the guarantees of their raise," he said.
Speaking about the plans of the Ukrainian Parliament for the next plenary week, Groysman said that the parliamentarians plan to eye the draft laws in compliance with the Action Plan for the liberalization of the visa regime with the EU, as well as the legislative acts on "further opening of the gas market."
