Opening the conciliatory council meeting on
Monday, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman reminded that the
Ukrainian Parliament received the draft state budget for 2016 on September 15.
However, the Government recalled it to introduce certain remarks taking in
account the decisions to be made by the Verkhovna Rada.

"The work over the state budget for 2016 must be completed immediately and respectively meet the control figures of the local budgets letting local budgets be timely passed in the frames of the financing decentralization," the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada said.
In view of this, Groysman urged the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Budget Affairs along with the Ministry of Finance to elaborate the calendar plan on the consideration of this major financial document of the country "to let us eye this issue as soon as possible and pass it."
