Our dear guerilla movement participants,

I congratulate you on the occasion of Guerrilla Glory Day!

Your merit in the years of WWII was an example of courage and self-devotion in the protection of independence and freedom.

This festive day I sincerely wish you and your families sound health, happiness and welfare!
