Dear Luhansk residents,

I congratulate you on the 220th anniversary of your city.

Luhansk is one of the largest industrial, cultural and scientific centers of Donbas.

Nowadays, Luhansk is suffering real tragedy and aggression of the Russian occupation troops.

I believe that strong striving of our people to be the only ruler at own home will return peace and happiness to your city. The ruin will be replaced with long-awaited restoration.
