In connection with violating clause 27 of chapter 1 of article 85, article 128 of the Constitution of Ukraine of the Law of Ukraine "On the judicial system and the status of judges", the Verkhovna Rada recognized that the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "On electing judges" of June 7, 2012 under No. 4919-VI in the part of appointing Burbela Yurii Serhiiovych for position of a judge of Kyiv-Sviatoshyn district court without term limitationas was adopted with violations of the Constitution of Ukraine.
The draft resolution was registered under No. 1827.
