The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill on amendments to several laws of Ukraine re access to public information in the form of open data

The bill (Reg. No. 2171) stipulates that the central body of executive power that implements state policy in the sphere of e-government shall establish a single state web portal of open data and determine that information released on such web portal is public information in the form of open data and might be further freely used and distributed.
