By amending the Budget Code of Ukraine, the Law envisages financing educational institutions of state ownership at the cost of expenditures from the State Budget of Ukraine and in line with the list determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. Under the Law, the Cabinet of Ministers shall allocate and reallocate general subventions stipulated by articles 1032-1035 of this Code between local budgets. The Law specifies provisions on financing new state bodies in 2015, operation of which is directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine; and makes technical amendments.
The Law was adopted with consideration of proposals of the Budgetary Committee.
The respective bill was registered under No. 2209.
