The Law was elaborated by the Cabinet of Ministers "in order to ensure fulfilling paragraph 2 of clause 3 of the Final Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2015", following the results of introducing amendments to the legislation which are the basis for the State Budget of Ukraine, and negotiations with international financial organizations" and "is based on previous measures which shall be included into a new draft Memorandum on economic and financial policy between Ukraine and the IMF, taking into account current development of economy and results of Governmental reforms".
The Law was adopted with consideration of proposals.
Respective bill was registered under No. 2147.
