The law regulates social relations in the sphere of licensing certain types of economic activity; determines an exclusive list of types of economic activity that are subject to licensing; establishes a unified procedure of their licensing, as well as monitoring and control in the sphere of licensing and responsibility for violation of legislation in the sphere of licensing certain types of economic activity.
The law was adopted with consideration of amendments.
The respective bill was registered under No. 0934.
