The bill aims to establish conditions for stabilizing financial status of the budget of the Pension Fund of Ukraine and establish equal approaches to compensation of harm for officials of income and levy bodies in the amount determined by the legislation in the sphere of mandatory state social insurance.
Under the bill (Reg. No. 2211), payment of pensions to officials of income and levy bodies during the period of their work within these bodies shall be withheld, as well as payment of a lump-sum allowance to families, in case of death on an official of income and levy bodies, or to officials themselves in case they were done harm when performing their official duties.
The respective amendments are to be made to articles 588 and 590 of the Customs Code of Ukraine.
