Following the results of the consideration of the bill (reg. No. 2147), the Committee members decided on necessity of making such amendments and supplements to the bill submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
1. In annex 3 of the budget program KPKVK 3104040 "Medical treatment of personnel and passengers of railway transport", decrease expenditures by UAH 290 715,1 and increase expenditures by the same amount to the Ministry of Health.
2. Amend annex 9 "The list of establishments, organizations and educational, cultural, health care, physical culture and sports events that are transferred to funding/financial assistance by local budgets".
3. Increase expenditures of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine according to KPKVK 2301400 by UAH 100 million for children with oncological disease and by UAH 300 million in 2015 for State target social program of preventing, diagnostics, and treatment of viral hepatitis.
4. Increase expenditures of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine according to the 2301360 budget program by UAH 52 million.
5. Stipulate additional expenses for the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine; etc.
