The bill (Reg. No. 1043) establishes that compensation for damages to the employees in the amount that does not exceed average monthly wage shall be provided on the instruction of the owner or the body authorized by the owner by means of earnings contribution, given the written consent on an employee.

Committee members upheld the bill adoption of which will allow increase protection of labour rights of employees and deprive the employer of the opportunity to make wage deductions in case the employee disagrees with deduction or its amount, and the employer failed to definitively prove this very employee guilt or the fact of damage.
