The bill (Reg. No. 1345) was submitted aiming to broaden normative and legislative field for increasing state guarantees for socio-economic development of populated areas, granted the status of mountainous, as well as for ensuring state assistance of projects conducted in mountainous populated areas in social sphere and sphere of infrastructure.
The Committee members took into consideration the conclusions of the Committee on Corruption Prevention and Counteraction on result of anti-corruption expertise which showed that there are no corruptogenic factors.
Main Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat and Legislation Institute of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine claim the bill requires refinement.
Moreover, the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Ministry of Finance informed they do not uphold the bill in this version and suggest refining it.
The Committee decided to recommend that the Parliament return the bill to subjects of legislative initiate for refinement.
