The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a basis the bill on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine (re removing regulatory barriers for the development of state and private partnership in Ukraine and stimulating investments)

The bill (Reg. No. 1058) aims to remove regulatory barriers for the development of state and private partnership (SPP) and stimulate other mechanisms for attract investments to Ukraine; establish more efficient mechanisms for cooperation between the state and territorial communities (state partners) and private partners within SPP; and improve investment conditions and guarantees for private investors.
