The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements re regulating the issue on responsibility for committing family violence"

The bill excludes from article 173-2 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements a fine and correctional labour, leaving community service or administrative detention, and stipulating a possibility to a compulsory delivery of a person to a court if such person evades appearing to the internal affairs body or court.

The bill was registered under No. 0920.
