The Committee on Social Policy, Employment and Pension Provision recommends the Verkhovna Rada to adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine (re guarantees for mobilized employees)

The bill (Reg. No. 1613) suggests establishing guarantees of keeping previous job of persons performing military duties during mobilization.

Committee members upheld the legislative initiative aimed to reinforce guarantees of mobilized employees.

People’s deputies deem adoption of the bill will allow regulate the respective legal relations and protect constitutional right to work.
