Under the document, the conclusion on refusal to reconcile a land planning project by the state executive bodies shall include an exhaustive list of shortcomings of land planning project and a reasonable deadline for their elimination.
The abovementioned bodies are prohibited both to repeatedly refuse to reconcile the projects in case all the shortcomings, outlined in the previous conclusion, were eliminated, and to make new observations on the project in case they were not made on the previous project.
The respective bill was registered under No. 1025-1.
