The Verkhovna Rada adopted as a basis the draft law on amendments to article 287 of the Customs Code of Ukraine (re establishing favorable conditions to ensure fulfillment of government defense order)

The bill aims to establish economic conditions for increasing country’s defense capacity and cheapening the original cost of the final defense product, manufactured by state defense order.

Under the bill, the order of import and endorsement of the intended use of such product shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The bill was registered under No. 1695.
