The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On amendments to clause 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine" re tax exemption of defence production"

This Law does not apply to defence production which originates from an occupant country under the law of Ukraine and/or an aggressor country under the norms on international law, or is imported from the territory of such occupant (aggressor) country under any type of customs regime.

The Law was adopted with consideration of technical and legal amendments.

The bill was registered under No. 1817.
