Chairperson of the Committee on Science and Education Liliia Hrynevych, who initiated this event, claimed "today we all feel the lack of administrative staff in the country. New educational possibilities for forming administrative state elite are extremely important. We need to prepare such elite, and our Georgian colleagues are ready to help us".

Liliia Hrynevych presented the educational project Civil and Political School (CAPS) and its founder former Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Khatia Dekanoidze.

It was mentioned that starting in February 2015, Georgian politicians will be passing their experience on to young Ukrainians within the project Civil and Political School.

There is an idea to initiate a cycle of lections especially for Ukrainian MPs who are interested in successful reforming of the country with Georgian and European politicians.

Founder of the educational project is confident in the prospect of Georgian-Ukrainian cooperation in the process of educating new generation of diplomats and politicians and in the need to share the experience on corruption counteraction and overcoming difficulties that Ukrainians are facing.
