The bill
(Reg. No. 1408) suggests granting a full right to volunteer activity to all
organizations and institutions; abolishing the possibility of depriving legal
entities of the right to doing volunteer activity through the courts;
eliminating age limits for volunteers; and withdrawing from the central body of
executive power in the sphere of volunteer activity, etc.
