The bill (Reg. No. 1455) established that broadcasting (re-broadcasting) of advertisements in programs and shows of foreign TV and radio organizations that are broadcast (re-broadcast) on the territory of Ukraine, in case foreign TV and radio organizations do not fall under the jurisdiction of EU member-states or countries that ratified the European Convention on Transfrontier Television is prohibited.
The
document includes a norm under which broadcasting (re-broadcasting) of
advertisements in programs and shows of foreign TV and radio organizations
(that fall under the jurisdiction of EU member-states or countries that ratified
the European
Convention on
Transfrontier Television) that are broadcast (re-broadcast) on the territory of Ukraine is allowed
only in case broadcasting (re-broadcasting) of such advertisements was paid for
to a legal person of Ukraine.
