"All that terrorist do is mere atrocity. Killing peaceful civilians, women and children, shelling residential areas where there are neither weapons nor military men is atrocity. Atrocity that only monsters are capable of. Atrocity that must be immediately stopped!" claimed Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman.
The Chairperson of the Parliament said he instructed the Verkhovna Rada Secretariat "to summon all people's deputies to their workplaces". "I ask MPs to be ready for an extraordinary plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada following the results of the NSDC meeting. We should be ready to work and adopt prompt decisions", he stressed.
