It was mentioned during the Committee's meeting that the bill (Reg. No. 1137) aims at strengthening responsibility for violating legislation on installing and/or using special signaling devices.

The draft suggests introducing a new version of article 1225 "On violation of legislation on installing and using special light and sound signaling devices" of the Code of Ukraine in Administrative Infringements.

The Committee members stated that the order of installing and using special light and sound signaling devices on vehicles requires considerable refinement.
