The Law establishes a 10-day annual additional paid vacation for taking care of a disabled person since childhood of I group, subgroup A; and unpaid vacation for a period determined in a medical report but not longer than a six (or more) year old child with disabilities of subgroup A achieves the age of eighteen.
Respective amendments were made to articles 83, 179, and 182-1 of the Labour Code of Ukraine and articles 4, 5, 19, and 18 of the Law "On Vacation".
Amendments were made to the Law "On state assistance to families with children".
The bill was registered under No. 1539.
