Celebrate the 200th birth anniversary of Mykhailo Verbytskyi at a state level in 2015.
Recommend the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
set up an organizational committee on preparation and holding of events to celebrate the 200th birth anniversary of Mykhailo Verbytskyi two weeks after the adoption of this Resolution;
elaborate and approve the jubilee events plan for celebrating the 200th birth anniversary of Mykhailo Verbytskyi two weeks after the establishment of the organizational committee, and settle the issue of financial, as well as material and technical provision of these events;
The State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine is recommended to organize thematic TV and radio programmes devoted to life and creative activity of Mykhailo Verbytskyi and provide wide coverage of the activities related to celebrating his 200th birth anniversary.
The Ukrainian State Enterprise of Postal Connection “Ukrposhta” is proposed to issue a stamp devoted to the 200th birth anniversary of Mykhailo Verbytskyi.
