The legislative act prolongs till January 1, 2022 the deadline for submitting salary statement (at present – January 1, 2016) for any 60 calendar months of qualifying period in succession prior to July 1, 2000.
The law prolongs also till January 1, 2022 (at present - January 1, 2015) the deadline for the right to address to be granted a pension for women aged 55 regarding early retirement given the qualifying period of not less than 30 years and under the condition of resignation.
